a). Create Company
- Go to CRM → Company.
- Click + New Company.
- Enter details such as: Company Name, Domain, Team Size
- Click Save.
- You can export the company list to CSV.
- To delete a company, click the Delete button next to the company item. Warning: Deleting a company is permanent. All associated information, including linked contacts, activity history, and company details, will be removed and cannot be restored.
b). Company Information
- Click a company from the list to open its profile.
- You can view and edit: Team size, Total contacts, Date created, Last update
- You can also update company details such as name, domain, and team size.
c). Company Contact
- Click a company from the list to open its profile.
- Go to the Contacts tab.
- Click + Add Contacts to associate existing contacts with the company.
- Search and select the contacts you want to link.
- To remove a contact from the company, click the trash icon. ⚠ Warning: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, the content cannot be restored.
