The Shortener list is where every short link you own lives. It shows how each link performs at a glance — total and unique clicks are real columns you can sort on — and lets you filter, group, bulk-edit and copy links without opening a single one.
Open the list
- Go to Marketing → Shortener.
- Each row shows the short link, its title, the destination, status, and the Clicks and Unique counters.
- Click the copy icon beside any short link to put it on your clipboard — you do not have to open the link first.
Tip: Clicks counts every visit. Unique counts each visitor once, so someone who opens the same link five times adds five to Clicks but only one to Unique.
Switch between Table and Card view
Use the View dropdown to swap between Table and Card. Card view shows the same links as stacked cards and reads better on a phone — on a narrow screen Renr selects it for you the first time you open the list.
Search, filter, sort and group
- Search matches the title, the code and the destination.
- Filter builds precise rules — by Status, or by title, code, destination and created date.
- Sort offers Most clicks and Least clicks alongside newest, oldest and title. You can also click any column header to sort by it.
- Group by Status to split the table into Active and Inactive sections.
Tip: Sorting by Most clicks is the quickest way to see which campaign link is actually working before you spend more behind it.
Edit a link without leaving the list
Click a Title, Destination or Status cell to edit it in place, then save. The table refreshes so counters and groups stay correct.
- Destination — repoint a link at any time. The short link itself does not change, so anything already shared or printed keeps working.
- Status — set Inactive to retire a link. It stops sending visitors to your destination, and its click history is kept.
- Short link code — cannot be changed. It is the public identity of the link and may already be on a poster, a package or a QR code.
Act on several links at once
- Tick the checkbox on each row you want — hold Shift to select a range.
- A bar appears at the bottom showing how many are selected.
- Choose Activate or Deactivate, or use the trash button to delete them.
Export and tidy the columns
Export CSV downloads the links currently in view with your filters applied, which is handy for sharing campaign results outside Renr. Columns lets you hide columns you never use and reorder the rest; your layout is remembered next time.
