Read your short link click analytics

Open any short link from Marketing → Shortener to see who is clicking it, when, and where they came from. The page also carries the link's QR code and the full click log.

The numbers at the top

• Total Clicks — every visit to the link, all time.
• Unique Clicks — each visitor counted once. Renr identifies a visitor from their network address and browser, so repeated taps by the same person do not inflate the figure.
• Status — whether the link is currently sending visitors to your destination.
• Created — when the link was made.

Clicks over time

1. The chart plots clicks per day.
2. Use Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or All time to change the window. Only the chart and the breakdowns reload.
3. Days with no clicks are drawn as zero rather than skipped, so a quiet stretch is visible instead of hidden.

Note: Days are counted in your business time zone, not UTC. A click at half past eleven at night is counted on the day it happened where you are. Change it under Business → Information if the zone is wrong.

Who is clicking

Four panels break the selected period down. Each row shows a count and its share of the total.

• Device — Desktop, Phone, Tablet.
• Browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox and so on.
• Operating system — Windows, iOS, Android, macOS.
• Top referrers — the site the visitor came from. Direct means there was no referring site: the link was typed, pasted, or opened from an app that does not pass one, which is normal for QR codes and messaging apps.

Note: Clicks recorded before this update have no device or browser detail and appear under Unknown. New clicks are recorded in full.

QR code

Every short link has a QR code in the sidebar. Download PNG saves a high-resolution copy for print — packaging, posters, table tents, receipts. Scans arrive as ordinary clicks, so everything on this page covers them too, and they usually show up as Direct referrers.

Tip: The QR encodes the short link, not the destination. Because you can repoint the destination at any time, a printed QR code can outlive the campaign it was made for.

Click log

The table at the bottom lists individual clicks with time, device, browser, operating system, referrer and network address. Use Export CSV to pull the raw log into a spreadsheet.

Business owners and users with marketing access can view short link analytics.
