Before starting the CRM section, make sure your channels are already connected by following the instructions in User Manual – Omni Chat Management.
The Broadcast feature allows you to send bulk messages to multiple contacts at once. Each broadcast is grouped into three categories according to its status.
a). Scheduled
This tab displays broadcasts that have been created with a future schedule and have not started sending yet.
- Click New Broadcast and choose the channel you want to use (WhatsApp or Live Chat).
- Enter your Broadcast Name, select the Channel, and optionally select a Contact List (contact lists can be created in the Contacts section).
- Next, set up your broadcast message content. You may also optionally choose a file to send along with the message.
- After completing the content and file selection, you can preview the message in the Message Preview section.
- To add variations, click + Add Content Variation. (You can add up to 5 variations for A/B testing or segmented content.)
- Schedule your broadcast (optional). If no schedule is set, the message will be sent immediately, the system sends 1 message per minute automatically.
- Click Publish Broadcast.
- After publishing, you will be redirected to the broadcast detail view.
- To delete a broadcast, click the Delete button on the selected broadcast item. ⚠ Warning: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, the content cannot be restored.
b). On Progress
- The On Progress tab lists broadcasts that are currently being delivered.
- This includes: Broadcasts sent immediately (no schedule), Broadcasts whose scheduled time has arrived, and Broadcasts still distributing messages (1 message/minute system rate)
- What You Can Do in the On Progress Tab. Monitor real-time sending progress, including: Number of contacts, Messages sent, Pending messages, Failed messages
- Click any broadcast to open the detailed sending status page.
- Use Export CSV to download sending reports.
- Use Delete if you need to stop and remove an ongoing broadcast. ⚠ Note: Deleting an in-progress broadcast stops all remaining sends.
- Broadcasts automatically move to the Completed tab once delivery is finished.
c). Completed
The Completed tab contains broadcasts that have finished sending to all recipients.
